Add a new Customer or Supplier to the drop-down list

Many fields such as Customer, Supplier, Cause Code etc. require a selection from a drop-down list of values. To create and maintain each list:

1. Click on the down-arrow next to your name in the top right-hand corner
2. Click on List of Values

On the Manage List of Values Page:

1. Select the List you want to manage
2. For example, to add Suppliers, select Suppliers
3. You can now type-in or copy and paste the data
4. Click on Save to dd data to table or Cancel to return to List of Values without saving

 

[Note: 1factory supports copy and paste for 100 rows at a time. After the first 100 rows have been entered, 1factory will add another 100 rows to the table allowing you to copy over the next 100 supplier names.]

The following fields can be managed from the List-of-Values tab:

1. Detected At

2. Root Cause / Caused By

3. Problem Type

4. Impact

5. Customer

6. Suppliers
