Creating a Non-Conformance Report (NCR)

There are two ways of creating a Non-Conformance in 1factory.

1. Manually from the main-menu 
2. Automatically from within an inspection

If you create a non-conformance report from within an inspection (look for the thunderbolt icon "Create NCR" in the left-hand-side navigation of the system), 1factory creates a new non-conformance, and auto-populates the following information:

1. NCR with Part Number
2. Part Revision
3. Part Description
4. Work Order Number
5. Balloon Number
6. Spec
7. Actual Value

With the problem description filled-out for you, you can focus on solving the problem instead of spending time on writing-up the non-conformance.
