Importing a List of Gages & Transactions

For smoother implementation, 1factory has simplified the task of automatically importing gage information into our dedicated module. This document will guide you through the steps of importing your gages and any necessary transactional information.

1.0 Importing a List of Gages

To import a list of gauges along with their information such as calibration requirements, types, resolution, storage locations, etc., follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Gages tab.
2. Click on the Purple Gages tile.
3. Once you're in the Gages list, locate the EXCEL import button on the left sidebar.
4. Click on the Attachments icon and upload the file containing your gauge information.

Note: We have provided an excel template "Gage Import Template" to be used for the importing of gages as an attachment at the bottom of this article. 

2.0 Importing a List of Transactions 

To import a list of gauge transactions, including location and calibration status, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Gages tab.
2. Click on the Green Gage transact. tile.
3. Assuring you are in the Transaction Log tab, locate the EXCEL import button on the left sidebar.
4. Click on the Attachments icon and upload the file containing your Transaction information.
