Maintaining List of Values

Many fields such as Problem Type, Root Cause, Customers, Gage types etc. require a selection from a drop-down list of values. To create and maintain each list, follow the following steps:

1. Click on the Master Data tile
2. Click on List of Values
3. Select the List you want to manage
4. For example, to add Problem Type, select Problem Type
5. You can now type-in or copy and paste the data
6. Click on Save to add data to table or Cancel to return to List of Values without saving

Note: If you are not able to find what you are looking for in one of the many drop down within 1factory, the correlating LOV has not been defined.
