Overview
The Request Support feature allows users to submit bugs, issues, help requests, or other feedback directly to the 1factory support team. This integrated tool enables you to track resolution progress and maintain ongoing communication with support staff within the platform.
This guide will walk you through creating reports, attaching supporting documentation, and managing communications with the 1factory support team.
How to create a Request Support
Step 1: Access Request Support
From the main dropdown menu, select Request Support.
Step 2: Create a New Ticket
Click the New Ticket button in the upper left corner to open a new bug or request.
Step 3: Complete Request Support Details
On this screen, you can:
- Enter the Subject of the bug or request
- Provide a detailed Description
- Attach files to help demonstrate the issue or the request to the 1Factory support team
To attach a file:
- Click the paperclip icon at Attachment(optional)
- Select your file ( Under 50 MB)
- Click the Open button
After filling in all necessary information, click the Save button at the bottom. A representative from 1factory will be notified and respond in a timely manner.
Step 4: Maintain Your Request Support
After creating a request support , by clicking on your Ticket number you can maintain ongoing communication with the 1Factory team for support.
Step 5: Open Messages
Click the Messages button on the left side to open a communication channel with the 1factory support team.
Step 6: Communicate with 1factory Support
Type your message in the Type a Message field to provide additional information about your bug. You can include attachments as needed. Click the Reply button in the right corner to send your message to 1factory support team.
Step 7: Subscribe to Message Notifications
Click the Subscribe menu to manage notifications. Here you can add or remove subscribers who will receive messages from the 1factory support team. Click Save after making your selections.
Step 8: Monitor Your Request Support
By regularly checking your request support, you can view the Progress and Communications between you and the 1factory support team.
