Using the Qualifications, Certifications, Attachments, and Contacts tabs

The Qualifications, Certifications, Attachments, and Contacts tabs are operated the same way. Click on the tab to open the slide-out. Enter the required information and attach files as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The 1factory system calculates the Next Qualification (Re-Qualification) date based on the current "Qualification Status" and on the "Qualification Date":

1. If Qualification Status = "Conditional", Re-qualification Date = Qualification Date + 6 months
2. If Qualification Status = "Approved", Re-qualification Date = Qualification Date + 24 months

A reminder email is sent 30 days before the re-qualification is due.

Any qualifications that are past-due are highlighted in Red as shown here:

CERTIFICATIONS:

The certifications tab requires an expiry date for each certificate type. The 1factory system will send out an email reminder 30 days before the certificate expires.
