The “audit” button appears on all data entry screens, for both inspections and FAIs. It is located in the left-hand sidebar.
This button allows you to see who input the data in each individual inspection cell. It also shows a timestamp so you can see when each cell was filled.
To use, simply select any cell, and then click the audit button. The slideout that appears will show the complete data change history for that cell. This includes any changes or deletion made by anyone in your organization:
Final Row Deletion
When the farthest down row only has one cell filled with data, and this data is deleted, 1factory will delete this whole row. This is unnoticeable and will not affect your sampling, sequence numbers or anything else. The one thing you may notice is that if you audit the cell you just deleted, there will be no history. This is because that cell no longer exists.
Instead, this row deletion will be recorded in the inspection’s “history” tab. This tab records higher level changes that don’t pertain to any single cell, such as when the lot size is changed, or when the inspection is accepted/rejected/reviewed by a manager, etc.
