Adding a Spec

1factory supports specs in the following formats:

1. Nominal +Tol, -Tol (the +Tol and the -Tol do not need to be equal)
2. Nominal +Tol +Tol
3. Nominal -Tol -Tol
4. Min, Max
5. Min only
6. Max only
7. Nominal, Min, Max (a special case created for the food industry)
8. Basic (i.e. Nominal only with no Tolerance)
9. GD&T (with either only a +Tol or only a -Tol)
