A Surface Profile can be set up in 3 ways:
1. OUTSIDE MATERIAL:
The entire tolerance outside material e.g. +0.005
- Enter only the + Tol. Nom and -Tol are "0"
2. INSIDE MATERIAL:
The entire tolerance inside material e.g. -0.005
- Enter only the -Tol. Nom and +Tol are "0"
3. BILATERAL:
Part of the tolerance inside and part of the tolerance outside material e.g. +0.0025 -0.0025
- Enter +Tol = 0.0025, -Tol = .0025, Nom =0
